General Questions

Please use our secured online reservation form on the site at www.hawkmy.com. Please ensure that you furnish all the required information as specified in the form.
Within 24 hours and not later than 48 hours , if you do not receive any response within 48 hours, please contact our Reservation Department at 1300 88 6488 or email at reservations@hawkrentacar.com.my.
When you receive our confirmation , you will be provided with a confirmation number(e.g - 123456C), which is proof of the booking being entered into our system.
Your confirmation number will be provided via email within 48 hours prior to submitting your booking online or please provide fax or contact number or your handphone for confirmation via sms.
Your pick up location will be indicated in your confirmation email.The address and contact details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.Alternatively,you can view our rental counter details in Hawk Website.
All vehicles are subject to availability unless your booking has been confirmed.To avoid being disappointed and to secure a better rate if you can book earlier , as there is a surcharge for last minute bookings.

Cancellation Policy

You can modify or cancel your booking by contacting the numbers provided or you can also contact our Reservations Department.
Our cancellation policy is a cancellation charge of RM 50.00 for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the date of pick up.

Payments

Please be informed that a reservation is not possible, without a credit card. However, a debit card is acceptable for a rental.

Hawk accepts all major credit cards, namely as Visa, Master Card and Amex.

Kindly take note that upon booking, vehicle & return of the vehicle must pay all the charges by credit card.

Web Rates

Our web rates fluctuate based on demand and supply for peak and non-peak seasons.The rates indicated at any given time are final and no further discount will be entertained.These rates are lower than what you will pay if you walk in to a rental office.

As per indicated and confirmed in your reservation. Please refer to the business hours at the respective city or branch. Although, we would appreciate if you picked up the vehicle at the designated booking time to avoid any issues.

Yes. We can deliver a vehicle to your hotel for a small delivery charge, depending on the distance to the Hawk office. Kindly refer to our Delivery and Collection Charge Chart on Terms and Conditions for more information.

Miscellaneous

English is widely spoken throughout the country. The other languages spoken by the populace is Bahasa Malaysia / Malayu, Chinese and Tamil are also the few spoken languages spoken.

There is no standard tipping practice in Malaysia. Tipping is at your discretion.

Malaysia has an equatorial climate with uniform temperatures throughout the year. There are some months of the year , which are more wet than others , which are the last quarter of the year as compared to the other months.
